Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Wren Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including meter readings, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
