Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Orchard Telecom is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including field visits, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
