Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the El Paso area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including field visits, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
