Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Vale Markets Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including pricing, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
