Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including cold storage, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
