Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Detroit with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scheduling, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
