Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Junction Financial is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan applications, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
