Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including fleet maintenance, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
