Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Granite Manufacturing Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including tooling, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
