Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Pine Markets is a Denver retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including shrink and waste, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
