Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
