Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Pine Press produces print and digital publications in Columbus. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including print quotes, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
