Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Columbus. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including pricing, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
