Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Sparrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Colorado Springs plant. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer specifications, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
