Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Fox Property Management is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vendor invoices, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
