Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Charlotte. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including case files, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
