Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Environmental Services Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service complaints, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
