Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge North Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
