Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
