Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Union Freight is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including proof of delivery, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
