Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Sable Financial and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan applications, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
