Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Cedar Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Buffalo, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including branch operations, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
