Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Boston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including client files, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
