Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Press is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including paper stock, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
