Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
