Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Juniper Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Austin, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Austin. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including procurement, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
