Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Basin Facilities is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including work orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
