Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Anchorage with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including deposit accounts, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
