Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Anchorage focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage reports, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
