Customer Support Representative - escalations (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Lakeside Freight is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including proof of delivery, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
