Customer Support Representative - escalations (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Hollow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tampa. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including hardship programmes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
