Customer Support Representative - escalations (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
