Customer Support Representative - escalations (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service appointments, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
