Customer Support Representative - escalations (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
