Customer Support Representative - escalations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Salt Lake City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including document review, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
