Customer Support Representative - escalations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
