Customer Support Representative - escalations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Keystone Civic Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including constituent requests, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
