Customer Support Representative - escalations (Sacramento, CA)

Fernwood Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
