Customer Support Representative - escalations (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Basin Foods Group is a Sacramento food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
