Customer Support Representative - escalations (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including allergen controls, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
