Customer Support Representative - escalations (remote)

Ironwood Sparrow Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including allergen controls, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
