Customer Support Representative - escalations (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including work orders, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
