Customer Support Representative - escalations (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Group is a facilities company in Raleigh with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including contractor visits, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
