Customer Support Representative - escalations (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Cedar Foods is a Orlando food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including ingredient orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
