Customer Support Representative - escalations (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including housekeeping schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
