Customer Support Representative - escalations (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing is a New Orleans manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
