Customer Support Representative - escalations (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Granite Housing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 432 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease compliance, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
