Customer Support Representative - escalations (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including visitor services, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
