Customer Support Representative - escalations (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including equipment calibration, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
