Customer Support Representative - escalations (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Iron Water Authority is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including capital projects, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
